1) Your order was completed (check for a transaction in your bank account or on your credit card).
2) You're checking the same email inbox that you used to place the order.
3) You entered your email address correctly when placing an order. Check out this article for help.
4) It’s not in your junk folder.
We send tracking info emails within 24 hours of your order shipping. If you haven't received it yet, we might still be processing your order (which takes 2-3 business days). Otherwise, take a look in your junk folder.
